Closet Organizers For Women Print E-mail
Thursday, 22 March 2007
When shopping for closet organizers, you should consider your personal storage needs. Women, in particular, may need customizable closet organizers to provide appropriate space for everything from dresses to shoes, suits to jeans.  If money is an issue, many inexpensive out of the box closet organizers will help bring your mess under control, but if you can afford it, a quality closet organizer that is customized for your needs is ideal for most women.

If you’re shopping for closet organizers, first look at your wardrobe.  If you wear a lot of dresses, you will need more long hanging space; whereas, if you primarily wear suits, a smaller space for long items will be adequate.  Consider whether you need and want space for folded sweaters or tee shirts, built-in shoe storage, or fashion accessories.  If you have a large walk-in closet, building in a vanity or dressing area is another option when planning closet organizers.  Good closet organizers make use of vertical space for storing all sorts of items.  The upper reaches of your closet can hold out of season items, helping save space in the basement or attic.

Closet organizers for women should have the space you need to hang clothes, preferably at multiple heights, shelves or drawers for folded items, shoe racks for shoes, and space for accessories.  A mirror or vanity table can be a helpful addition to closet organizers for women.  Also, use high shelving to hold out of season garments or as household storage.
